In this story, we follow Missie as she marries Willie LaHaye and follows his dream to own a ranch with cattle farther west. Again we are shown the hardships of life on the trail, counteracted by Missie and Willie's love for one another and faith in God. This story was as enjoyable as the first in the series and moved me to tears several times as I read.
