The Once and Future King The Once and Future King by T.H. White

My review

rating: 3 of 5 stars
This lengthy book details the lives of King Arthur, Guenevere, and Lancelot. It is a work of fiction, but it is easy to believe that many of the events were true. The story starts with Arthur as the boy, Wart, learning his lessons from Merlyn (Merlin)the magician who frequently taught by turning Wart into various animals. It follows to tell about the Sword in the Stone, the Round Table, the Holy Grail, and finally to what seems to be Arthur's last battle. The language was often complex, but beautiful. If you are interested in the days of Knights and Kings you will enjoy this book.
